Restoration Progress

Okay... so it's been just a little over two years since dropping off my car at a painter I was recommended to. Things didn't work out how I expected and the car didn't make much, if any, progress in that time. In May 2010, the fastback was dropped off at Dick Knight's place (MCA Judge) to pick up where things had left off two years earlier. The Mustang was put on a rotisserie and the last 6 weeks have been filled with body work, panel alignment, and spraying the engine compartment and the underside of the car red oxide. Over the weekend of June 5-6, 2010 the body was finally spayed with Sapphire Blue. The hard brake and gas lines are in place, the motor mounts, and part of the front suspension has been hung on the car. We expect the car to be a rolling chassis in the next week or so. Finally some real progress is being made!
